Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Lifeplanner.cchub ("we") collects, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and your password (stored only as a one-way hash).
• Study data: your answers, scores, study sessions and settings such as language and theme.
• Payments: Stripe processes your payment. We receive your subscription status, dates and amounts, and a Stripe customer ID. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your own AI key (optional): if you add one, it is stored encrypted and used only to generate your explanations.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and cookies, used for security, sign-in and measuring ads.
• Phone number (optional): only if the administrator creates your account manually and sends your access by WhatsApp.

How we use it

To provide the service and keep your progress, process payments, secure accounts, answer support requests, improve the app, and measure the performance of our ads.

AI explanations

To generate an explanation, we send the text of the question, the answer options and which option you chose to our AI provider (Anthropic by default, or the provider you configure). We do not send your email or name with this request.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

Our pages use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure visits, sign-ups, checkout starts and purchases. For this, Meta may receive your IP address, browser information, Meta cookies (_fbp, _fbc) and a hashed version of your email. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load the Meta Pixel. You can also manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Cookies and local storage

• Session cookie: keeps you signed in.
• Language cookie: remembers your language.
• Meta cookies: advertising measurement, as described above.
• Local storage: keeps your progress and explanations on your device so the app opens fast and works offline.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run Lifeplanner.cchub: Stripe (payments), our AI provider (explanations), Meta (ad measurement), our hosting and DNS providers, and WhatsApp messaging when used for your access. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by writing to lifeplanner@cchub.com.br; your study progress is deleted with the account. Payment records may be kept by Stripe and by us as required by law.

Security

Passwords are hashed, AI keys are encrypted, and all traffic uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Age

Lifeplanner.cchub is intended for people 18 and older, the minimum age to hold a Florida life agent license.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of sharing for advertising, by writing to lifeplanner@cchub.com.br. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
