These Terms govern your use of Lifeplanner.cchub ("Lifeplanner.cchub", "we", "us"), an online study tool for the Florida 2-14 exam, Agent's Life (including Annuities and Variable Contracts), available at lifeplanner.cchub.com.br and as an installable web app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Lifeplanner.cchub is
Lifeplanner.cchub is an independent exam-preparation tool: practice questions, flashcards, a timed mock exam, explanations and chapter summaries. It is exam practice and does not replace the pre-licensing course required by Florida for the life agent license (30 hours of approved coursework, F.S. 626.7851). It does not grant any license, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS), the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) or Pearson VUE. The practice questions are original; they are not questions from the actual exam.
We do not guarantee that you will pass the exam. Your result depends on your own preparation.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and give a valid email address. Your account is personal: do not share your password or let other people use your access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, share access, or try to copy the content.
3. Free demo
The free demo gives access to 5 questions, their explanations and the related chapter summaries. No payment information is required.
4. Payment and billing
Full access costs US$ 47 (onboarding), charged when you subscribe, which includes your first 30 days. After that period, your subscription renews automatically at US$ 19.70 per month until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card number.
We may change prices for future billing periods. If we do, we will tell you before the change applies to your subscription.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from My account → Manage subscription. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Your study progress stays saved in your account.
Payments are non-refundable, including partial periods, except where required by law. We may issue a refund at our discretion.
6. AI explanations
Explanations are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes. The answer key of each question is the reference. Always confirm important rules against official materials. If you choose to use your own AI provider key, you are responsible for that provider's charges and terms.
7. Content and acceptable use
All questions, translations, summaries and software belong to Lifeplanner.cchub or its licensors and are licensed to you only for personal study while your access is active. You may not copy, resell, publish, scrape or redistribute the content, share your account, or try to break or overload the service.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve, change or remove features.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifeplanner.cchub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
